We dedicate a significant amount of time to carefully designing and planning each piece that we create.  Given this, once we send you a proof to review and you approve, we are  unable to offer full refunds.  

Our work takes time, and we take it seriously, so we hope you understand.  If you have any concerns with your proof, please let us know and we’ll work with you to correct any issues before we send anything to the print shop.

We work with a fabulous, family-owned print shop based in Texas.  They’re a small business like us, and it takes a little time for them to create and ship our art.  We know you’re used to two-day shipping, drone delivery, and probably even have a transporter pad in your garage. With that being said, please be patient. We assure you it’s worth the wait.
